Seafood Rolls
While you have already seen our classic lobster roll recipe, you are going to want to try our new recipe for seafood rolls! Of course lobster rolls are delicious, but have you ever tried lobster, shrimp, and crab rolls?! If not, we highly recommend giving this dish a try!
The combination of the lobster, shrimp, and crab brings your traditional lobster roll to a new level! We were drooling over this dish and definitely plan on making this one again soon! We used a mixture of mayonnaise, lemon, and chives to toss our seafood with. then we sprinkled them with old bay and drizzled them with clarified butter. We like to serve our seafood rolls on St. Pierre’s brand brioche hot dog buns to make for the perfect summer time dinner!
Ingredients:
Two 1 ½ pound lobsters; lobster meat removed and cut into chunks
½ pound of jumbo lump crab meat
¼ pound of cooked jumbo shrimp; cut in ⅓’s
4 tbsp of mayonnaise
Juice of 1 lemon
¼ cup of chives
1 cup of shredded lettuce
½ tsp of old bay seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup of clarified butter
Brioche hot dog rolls
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix the shrimp and the lobster together with the mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper; fold in the crab meat
Line the rolls with lettuce then place the seafood mixture on top
Sprinkle with old bay and melted butter
