Ahi Tuna Tacos
Every summer we have an annual Mexican night towards the end of August and we always have so much fun! We make our classic margarita recipe, a variety of dips, and a variety of tacos!
This year we decided to try a new taco. We have been loving the fresh ahi tuna we have been getting from our local grocery store, so we decided to try an ahi tuna taco. It was so delicious, and it is safe to say we will be continuing to make this taco for our future Mexican nights! For our dips we made a cheesy corn dip and a layered taco dip! Both came out so good. We had too much fun preparing this dinner and eating it! The margaritas were also so summery and so much fun. Because honestly, when aren’t margaritas fun?!
