Burrata & Arugula Pizza

Burrata & Arugula Pizza

Here is a summery pizza recipe that you most definitely will not regret trying! We came up with this recipe one Friday night at the beach to continue our Friday Pizza Night tradition. The pizza topped with the arugula salad, Burrata ball, and balsamic glaze is a taste you do not want to miss out on!

To make things even better, pizza recipes tend to be fairly simple as is this one! To make this pizza, roll out your dough on an oiled pizza pan then spread thinly sliced mozzarella cheese across the entire top. Cook the pizza in the oven until the cheese becomes brown and bubbly. Meanwhile, prepare the arugula salad by tossing together arugula, shallot vinegar, olive oil, and salt and pepper. Next spread fresh mozzarella chunks across the pizza and place it back in the oven, cooking it until the mozzarella has melted and the crust is crispy. Remove the pizza from the oven topping it with the arugula salad, sprinkling red pepper flakes, placing the Burrata in the center, and drizzling it with the balsamic glaze!

Pizza recipes make for the perfect pre-goingout dinner on a Friday night at the beach!
