Frozen Strawberry Pie
So we realize the only dessert recipes we have shared with you so far are all pies, but it is summer so its fitting for the season! We have one last pie recipe to share this summer…or maybe two! But first this Frozen Strawberry Pie!
This dessert is perfect for a hot summer night, and the best part is you can save it in the freezer for up to two weeks to have again! This dessert tastes like the perfect combination of ice cream and a pie all in one bite with a delicious graham cracker crust topping!

Ingredients:
3 cups of graham cracker crumbs
¾ cup of unsalted butter; melted
6 tbsp of sugar
8 oz of cream cheese; softened
½ cup of powdered sugar
One 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 cup of heavy cream
1 cup of diced strawberries
2 ½ cups of whole strawberries
Directions:
Spray a 9 by 13 inch glass baking dish with nonstick spray
In a medium bowl combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; spread half of this mixture on the bottom of the baking dish
Place the whole strawberries in a food processor and blend until smooth
In a medium dish beat the heavy cream until peaks form (approximately 5 minutes)
In a large bowl beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy; add the condensed milk, vanilla, and the pureed strawberries and beat until combined; fold in the whipped cream; fold in the diced strawberries; spread over the graham cracker crumbs
Sprinkle with the remaining graham cracker crumbs on top of the strawberry mixture and freeze for 6 hours before serving
