Grilled Shrimp & Salmon Kabobs
We have been loving a good kabob recipe this summer. Whether it is chicken, seafood, or meat kabobs, we love how much fun you can have with them!
Our latest kabob recipe is a grilled shrimp and salmon kabob. We used two different marinades for the shrimp and salmon. The first marinade consisted of olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. While the second kind of marinade we used was barbecue sauce! We wanted to try a new barbecue sauce that we recently purchased at our local grocery store. It was a Stonewall Kitchen brand sauce called Boozy Bacon Barbecue Sauce. It was so yummy, and it paired perfectly with the shrimp and salmon kabobs!
Let us know your favorite kabob recipes! After all it is grilling season, so we want to make the most of it!
