Clams & Spaghetti

Clams & Spaghetti

Our pasta dishes that incorporate seafood have been getting so much love on Instagram, so we are excited to share another seafood pasta recipe with everyone! Not only do our followers love seeing our seafood pastas on social media, but we love eating these delicious dishes as well!

Summer is the perfect excuse to make pasta and seafood dishes, so we have been trying different ones just about every weekend. Clams & Spaghetti is another one of our favorite dishes especially my moms! We love making this dish at the beach because every Saturday morning there is a farmers market in our town. It is so much fun to wake up on a sunny and beautiful Saturday and walk around the farmers market. There are so many great things there from the fresh seafood, to the Jersey vegetables, and baked goods.

When we make Clams & Spaghetti my mom and I always go to the farmers market to get our clams! We usually get iced coffees or iced teas while we are there then walk around to see what other fun foods we can buy! We love buying the Jersey tomatoes, and we also love the the fresh tuna steaks that they have every weekend!

We are so excited to share this recipe, and we can’t wait to share more seafood pasta recipes later in the summer!

  • 1/3 cup of olive oil

  • 2 garlic cloves; chopped

  • ¼ cup of chopped flat leaf parsley

  • ¼ tsp of red pepper flakes
