Heart Shaped Pasta in a Blush Cream Sauce. Happy Valentine’s Day guys !!! We’re celebrating with a delicious heart shaped pasta in a simple blush cream sauce. Topped with fresh mozzarella and basil. Like I said super simple but perfectly festive for vday !! Cheers !!
If we didn’t do a festive valentine’s day dish, is it even valentines day?! Absolutely not. Because we always do valentines day up big in our house, and even though it’s Monday, we still need to make it fun and festive. And the best way to do that is with a fun dinner and a festive drink or a glass of rose.
This pasta sauce is super simple, but it’s so good and the heart shaped pasta makes it so cute. And you’ve got the fresh mozzarella which is always so good and topped with basil. Easy and simple and delicious.
We celebrated valentines day throughout the weekend, exchanging gifts among our family and eating WAY too good. So tonight it’s something simple but cute to make vday special for a Monday !
And this weekend I have another galentines celebration at the shore which I am super excited about. Valentines day forever, am I right?! Cheers !!
