Dill Pickle Pizza.
Dill Pickle Pizza. Pizza Friday’s are officially back for the summer and tonight we’re trying something totally new but really delicious. It’s a crispy crust pizza smothered with ranch dressing, sprinkled with mozzarella cheese, and layered with crunchy dill pickles. It’s so simple but so good especially if you’re a pickle lover like we are. Cheers and don’t forget your Friday cocktail ;)))
So we are kind of obsessed with pickles. But we have never tried them on a super cheesy, crispy crust pizza. So here you have it…our very first dill pickle pizza. And trust me guys it did not disappoint. We actually did this one in the oven, but I am thinking it would also be so delicious charred on the grill for summer. Might have to make this one again on the grill next time for a beach weekend pizza Friday.
Anyway, back to the pizza. It’s actually pretty simple, but the ingredients and flavors come together so perfectly they just make this pizza a total winner. The crust is smothered with a ranch sauce then topped with mozzarella cheese and the pickles. Sprinkled with some fresh cracked black pepper and some dill. Like I said simple, but for real addicting.
And I think my favorite part about this pizza was saving a little extra ranch to dunk all the pickles and the crust in. If you’re big on the sauce like me….I highly recommend trying this.
As you probably noticed we are once again not at the beach this weekend. I can’t believe I have missed three weekends of beaching in May. But this weekend is my brothers college graduation. So tomorrow night we are celebrating after he graduates. So even though we are not at the beach for this beautiful weekend, we will definitely be enjoying the celebration !! Cheers to my brother !!
