Cookies & Cream Cookies

Cookies & Cream Cookies

Cookies & Cream Cookies. Every season is cookie season and there is never a bad time for cookies and cream flavored cookies. With big chunks of Oreo cookies and chocolate chips. These cookies are chewy, gooey, and super addicting. One just isn’t enough…and try pairing them with cookies & cream ice cream. You guys will die for this combo !! Happy weekend !!

So I know i’ve been pretty into baking cookies this year. But I mean there are so many different kinds, variations, flavors, you name it. You can get so creative with cookies and I have just had so many ideas. And i’ve never had a cookies and cream cookie before let alone bake one myself. So I was super excited to give this fun idea a try.

It’s kind of like a cookie within a cookie. Because you’ve got the chunks of Oreo and you’ve also got loads of chocolate chips in these ones. They are extra chewy and gooey and perfect to serve to guests with a little cookies and cream ice on the side. Or you can make yourself a little ice cream sandwich….and guys it’s like a to die for combo.

Anyway I have plenty more cookie ideas, so if you like the cookie posts/recipes let me know. Or even give me suggestions. I am all for more fun ideas. Plus, I kind of just like baking cookies. There is something that is relaxing about it to me, so definitely expect some more coming. I have some really cute and fun ideas for spring/easter cookies.

And don’t forget to stay tuned for my dinner in Philly tonight and our beach weekend eats tomorrow !! So much exciting things this weekend !! Cheers !!
