Asparagus Soup

Asparagus Soup

Asparagus Soup has always been a staple soup recipe in our house since I can remember. I remember falling in love with this dish from the very first time I had it. It is light, delicious, and comforting. There are also so many variations you can make with this soup. Whether you choose to add some crispy bacon, croutons, or cooked rice, this dish is always a satisfying one.

We like to make our asparagus soup with cooked brown rice. It makes the soup more hearty and the rice pairs very nicely with the pureed asparagus mixture. We have loved this recipe for so long, and we have served it for many guests who have also feel in love with its simple yet yummy flavor. Keep up with our Monday Soup Nights on our Instagram!
