Cadbury Egg Brownies
Cadbury Egg Brownies. A lil early, but is it ever too early for the Easter cellies ?! With a chocolatey, gooey brownie like this I think no. These brownies are super thick, extra chocolatey, and the gooiest I’ve made yet. They have chocolate chips and Cadbury eggs that melt into the center of the brownie perfectly. These are the perfect way to welcome the first weekend of spring !!
Happy Friday guys !! who’s ready to celebrate the first official weekend of the spring with lots of springtime eats?! And we’re kicking it off with these delicious and very springtime vibe brownies. I know it’s a little early to start with the easter desserts, but who doesn’t love Cadbury Eggs?! Especially when they’re in a super chocolatey brownie. So, needless to say I am kicking off the festive easter recipes a little early this year.
These brownies are quite honestly the thickest, gooiest brownies I have ever made. And that’s what makes them so good. Plus they’re loaded with chocolate. There’s cocoa powder of course but then you’ve got lots of chocolate chips and alllll those Cadbury eggs that melt into the brownie and make them even more gooier and more chocolatey than you’re average brownie.
This weekend we are at the beach to celebrate the first weekend of spring. Today is such a beautiful day here. It’s definitely not tanning weather yet, but the sun is shining and its not freezing out so i’ll take it for March. Tonight we’re having a causal night with pizza and cocktails…and of course these brownies. Hope you’re all enjoying the first weekend of spring !! Cheers !!
