Blueberry Pie
This pie is perfect for 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, or just any plain old day in general. We decided to make this pie on a summer weekend in June when the weather was starting to get hot! It came out so delicious so we decided to make it again later that week for a friend on the mend who also enjoyed this recipe as much as we did.
We plan on making this pie again for 4th of July Weekend since some family members who we will be spending the holiday with saw the pictures of it on our Instagram page, thought it looked delicious as well, and wanted to try it! The fresh berries in the summer make this pie a staple dessert during the summer months in Jersey!
