Grilled Veal Chops
It is summer and we are grilling yet again! We get these delicious veal chops from the Italian Market in Philly at Espositos. We get so many amazing things to make every time we take a trip to the Italian market, and this dish is certainly one of them! They have such an amazing flavor paired with the sage leaves and olive oil!
If you are from the Philadelphia area, the Italian Market on 9th street is definitely a place that you need to try! We have so much fun going, and we make a day out of it for sure! We always go to our favorites to stock up on good oils, cheeses, meats, and fish. We also love to stock up on the goodies from our favorite bakery, Isgro’s! After we finish all our food shopping, we go to a fun lunch with wine and classic Italian dishes. It is one of my favorite things to do whether it is a warm day or around the holidays!
