Eggs in Hell
This breakfast dish is so simple to make, and it is of course so delicious as well! It has always been a classic dish growing up, and it is perfect if you are in the mood for fried, runny yolk eggs.
When my mom was growing up, her family would call fried eggs dippy eggs because they would dip bread or toast in the runny egg yolks. We love to serve this dippy egg dish with bread as well. It pairs perfectly with the marinara sauce. We recently began adding cherry tomatoes to the dish also, and they made it even more delicious.
We last had this dish on a Saturday at the shore before heading to the beach. It was the perfect pre-beach lunch. The weather was absolutely gorgeous, so between the Eggs in Hell breakfast dish and the beautiful blue sky, we really had the perfect Saturday beach morning!
