Marinated Grilled Calamari
Marinated Grilled Calamari. This appetizer is so so simple and so so delicious. If you can find fresh calamari around, you need to try grilling it! It’s got a lemony, char grilled flavor, and its just super tasty. We have been pretty addicted to making this appetizer. It’s perfect to pick at when sipping a cocktail. And side note, you need try this with a chimichurri sauce! The grilled lemony flavor pairs so nicely with a spicy avocado chimichurri. It sounds different, but trust me it’s seriously good.
While we love this recipe in the summer, it’s also perfect around the holidays. And with the holiday season right around the corner, this appetizer is perfect for a cocktail hour gathering!
