Antipasto Board
A trip to the Italian Market during the work week calls for a weekend Antipasto Board. After having bought delicious Italian meats and cheeses at our favorite 9th street store, Claudio, we decided it was the perfect opportunity to assemble an Antipasto Board as our post-beach Saturday night appetizer.
Saturday ended up being a gorgeous day at the Jersey shore! It started out a little hot, but once the breeze switched from a land breeze to a sea breeze we were able to enjoy the beautiful sunny day! It was a very relaxing beach day, I even fell asleep in my chair which I don’t typically do. But after a fun night out on Friday, the beach made for the perfect spot for a mid-day nap.
When we came off the beach we made rum and orange juice cocktails to pair with our delicious Antipasto Board! The board consisted of an array of meats, cheeses, olives, and marinated tomatoes all from Claudio! We paired it with our favorite bread from Claudio as well! Safe to say we have another amazing beach weekend to remember from this summer!
